Minoki Rum
This fascinating blend of Japanese and Pacific rums boasts two rather unique elements in its production. Firstly, it lays claim to being the world's first rum to be finished in rare Mizunara oak casks, and secondly, after ageing, the rum is filtered through bleached Japanese coral, gathered after it's washed ashore. The brand is dedicated to supporting awareness of coral damage and conservation throughout its lifetime, all while delivering us some tasty rum!
