Lost Years Silver Moon Rum
It's a white rum from the Lost Years range! A blend of unaged rums from Caribbean go into this one – specifically, Coffey still rum from Jamaica, and high-ester pot still rum from Barbados. The folks behind the rum suggest trying it with tonic, which we think sounds rather refreshing indeed.

Lemon blossom, white pepper, fresh mint, and ripe pineapple, with grassy funk, and a dusting of icing sugar.
