
The folks at Hawksbill continue their simultaneous missions to reduce food waste and aid the conservation of the critically endangered Hawksbill turtle with this characterful rum. A blend of rum from Guyana and Trinidad is infused with a host of exotic spices and banana peels that would otherwise have gone to waste for a sweet, tropical profile, brimming with ripe fruit, butterscotch, and vanilla.
