This is a 2020 edition of the Hampden Estate's Great House rum, which has been made using a blend of two rums produced at the distillery in Jamaica. One of the rums is on the lower end of the ester scale, while the other rum is particularly high ester indeed. The result is full-bodied and incredibly enjoyable.
Ripe pear, cherry, pineapple, cut grass, sea salt, almost peat-like smoke, cedar and macadamia nut.
