“Great stuff, the spices actually add something rather than disguising the rum. It’s an overused adjective but it has to be called smooth. There’s vanilla and I think a touch of chocolate in the taste. Lime on the finish. ”

Nose
Cloves and allspice, notes of vanilla too, with hints of mace, stem ginger and candied peels. Very inviting.
Palate
Spiced and thick, very full with notes of buttery toffee with oodles of cinnamon, maple syrup and a little note of Golden Syrup too, with a core of cloves and nutmeg.
Finish
Long and warming, notes of lime and pepper on the tail.
