Nose: Cloves and allspice, notes of vanilla too, with hints of mace, stem ginger and candied peels. Very inviting.
Palate: Spiced and thick, very full with notes of buttery toffee with oodles of cinnamon, maple syrup and a little note of Golden Syrup too, with a core of cloves and nutmeg.
Finish: Long and warming, notes of lime and pepper on the tail.
