East London Liquor Co. loves a pun as much as we love great spirits, and this is its Rarer Rum... Rarer as in Demerara! It was distilled from Demerara sugar cane in Guyana in the world's last remaining wooden Coffey still, which sure is something. Having spent time in bourbon casks, you'll find a good dose of vanilla and caramel among the tropical notes!
