A fantastic aged rum from the Doorly's range, featuring Bajan rum from the Foursquare Distillery which has enjoyed a second maturation in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. This extra maturation imparts a wealth of fruit, dark chocolate and oaky spices to the rum's flavour profile, making this an excellent choice for sipping neat. Not only that, it's got a pretty good bird on the label. Bonus.

Doorley’s XO is an excellent rum very similar in taste to English Harbour 5 year old which is highly rated.
As others have stated, a really good quality unsweetened honest Rum. Lots of great flavours and no harsh alcohol burn, there is an afterburn, but a very pleasant one.
