Released by the East London Liquor Company, this is a Guyanese Demerara Rum that has rather interestingly been distilled in a wooden Coffey still - the only surviving wooden column still in the world, no less! Following this, the rum is then aged for 3 years in ex-bourbon casks before being bottled at 40% ABV. Big, rich fruit notes throughout, with spice and vanilla coming through too...
