This column distilled rum joins The Colours of Rum series from indie bottler Wealth Solutions, and spent a generous 25 years maturing in a single ex-rum barrel after distillation in 1997. The stills at Caroni shut down in 2003, so this cask strength bottling will be a real gem for fans of the legendary distillery.
