A clever creation from Bone Idyll, built upon a blend of rums from Guyana, Barbados, and the Dominican Republic. After blending, the rum is redistilled with botanicals including scotch bonnet peppers, banana, and lime leaf imparting a superb balance of vibrant fruit, subtle spice, and tangy zest. Certainly interesting for sipping neat, and should do rather well served with more delicate mixers too.

Dark burnt sugar and wafts of butterscotch pave the way for fresh notes of banana and melon, the pepper lifts the flavour, without bringing obvious heat, whilst zingy hints of lime bring things all together.
