Bedford Park presents a high ester, pot still Jamaican rum distilled in Trelawny, matured at origin, then finished in Europe. It was bottled at full strength of 66.8% ABV with no filtration or additives, with an outturn of just 239 bottles.
Overripe banana, pineapple skins, glue, fermented fruit and brown sugar.
Explosive and oily. Funk forward tropical fruit, molasses, liquorice, spice and savoury esters.
Lingering fruit, smoke and earthy funk.
