Louisiana may not be the first place that pops into your head when you think of rum, but Bayou Rum is here to change all that! This white rum is distilled from Louisiana-grown sugar cane. A delightfully fruity number, it's just begging to be put to good use in a cocktail.

This Rum distillery has been on my radar for years. In resent times the choices available have been reduced, however, in my opinion the dark, Spiced and white Rums all have notes of the deep south. These Rums are subtle and are great as mixers or over ice. I keep the white in my stash as its great in Mojito and with pineapple juice.
