This Rum distillery has been on my radar for years. In resent times the choices available have been reduced, however, in my opinion the dark, Spiced and white Rums all have notes of the deep south. These Rums are subtle and are great as mixers or over ice. I keep the white in my stash as its great in Mojito and with pineapple juice.
