Askival Botanical Rum
Askival is a botanical rum from the Isle of Rùm in Scotland's Inner Hebrides. It's made with a blend of aged Caribbean rums, and infused with a selection of botanicals, including the likes of spruce, roasted kelp, and meadowsweet. It might surprise you to find out that there aren't loads of rum producers on the Isle of Rùm – you'd think with a name like that there'd be loads, but the Askival couldn't find an example of it done before!
