Nothing Good Here.
Sadly , this rum lacks both body and complexity. It might work for a whisky drinker wanting to transition to rum but I can find little in this that justifies calling it RUM. You get what you pay for and if you're going to drown it with Coke, then I guess it works, well, almost. Sorry Appleton.

Nice clean flavour, mixes well with coke. Price point is very good for the this type of Rum.

Solid
Very good for the price, a solid dependable Jamaican rum, smooth and sweet with notes of toffee apples, caramelised pineapple and sticky ginger cake.

Meh
Been drinking a lot of rum recently, thought would give this a try and was very surprised, but not necessarily in a good way. Get more notes and tastes I attribute to whisky, don’t get me wrong I like it, but I got a big surprise after drinking a lot of dark and spiced rums.

Don't understand why they changed their blend the other one was better but nothing beats the 5year old one was better

If it ain't broke....
Changed the recipe when they changed the bottle.
Not a huge fan of the new flavor, though it has grown on me over the first bottle.
