Description
A tremendous 15 year old rum from Jamaica's Appleton Estate, released to celebrate the Black River, which provides limestone-filtered water for the production of the distillery's range of rum. A combination of both pot and column still rums are hand-selected, blended, and matured for a minimum of 15 years in the tropical Jamaican heat, producing this full-bodied and opulent sipper.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
A sleek balance of sweet vanilla and caramel combine with chocolate raisins and orange pulp. Spicy oak mingles with fermenting tropical fruit, followed by funky tannic notes of leather and polished wood.
