Cane Island, an independent bottler of rum, sourced this edition from the Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos in the Dominican Republic. It was made with a base of sugar-cane juice and was distilled in a column still before it was aged for 5 years in former bourbon barrels.
Heaps of cinnamon and nutmeg fizz through vanilla, burnt sugar and charred pineapple.
