A higher-strength bottling of Glendalough's Poitin. Presented at a robust 60% ABV, this classic (and intense) Irish spirit shows off notes of dark fruit and sweet vanilla.

Blackcurrant jam, vanilla pod and a little bit of white grape.
Palate
Big, bold fruit with a touch of oak-y warmth to it.
