Rooster Rojo Mezcal
A mezcal joins the Rooster Rojo ranks! Ideal if you're rustling up some Palomas, or why not try it in a smoky twist on a Bloody Mary? This artisanal joven expression is produced from espadín agave grown for seven years and ground with a stone tahona wheel before double distillation, and comes in a dark clay bottle to protect it from sunlight.
