Picaflor Mezcal celebrates the stirling work of the hummingbird, which is integral in the pollination of the agave plant! Picaflor Mezcal Wild includes both Espadín (Angustifolia Haw) and Madrecuishe (Karwinskii Zucc) agave for an untamed, ferocious character!

Overall

Herbal wafts of drying thyme, rosemary, and earthy dampness. Sweet on the fore with banana and melon, followed by intense minerality and more herbal, earthy notes. Sweet, smoky, juicy cooked agave on the finish.
