This joven mezcal from the Picaflor range is made using 100% Espadin agave. There's a pretty dope looking tattooed bird man on the label, having a nibble on some agave flowers; it turns out the hummingbird is integral to the pollination of the agave plant! Hence, y'know, the bird we just described.
Gentle smoke with sweet, cooked agave, tropical fruit undertones and hints of fresh green herbs.
