An artisinal mezcal from Ojo de Dios (which translates at 'God’s eye'), produced from Espadin agave. This here is a Joven bottling, so after the agave is roasted for around 10 days and double distilled, it's bottled up without any ageing, packed full of fresh fruit, grassy agave and fragrant smoke.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Cut grass sweetness alongside barbecued pineapple, underripe plum and cigar box, with a creamy hint of vanilla and a dry, peppery finish.
