Description
A wonderful small-batch Mezcal bottled by Del Maguey as part of their single village range of Mezcals. This was distilled in San Luis del Rio in Oaxaca and it has a superb flavour.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Spiced and intense nose, notes of manuka honey, soft smoke, vanilla and coffee beans.
Palate
Cedar, cinnamon and Black Forest honey. Notes of creamy, buttery toffee with cloves and ginger.
Finish
Long and spiced.
