A sleek and splendid mezcal from the Bozal range made using the tepeztate agave which can take over two decades to mature among steep slopes in rocky soils, making it a more rare and expensive variety. The complexity of flavour it brings is prized, however, which is evident in this artesanal mezcal.
Rich and buttery with flavours of vanilla, charcoal, green pepper, and orange.
