Description
A joven mezcal from the Alipús range, produced in San Andrés. The whole Alipús selection is built around sourcing top notch mezcal from smaller producers, which we're always happy to see!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Red peppers, pine, light smoke and a hint of beef. Toasted bread, too...
Palate
Initial sweetness of caramelised fruit and mint leaf. This is shortly followed by freshly chopped cedar and a little hint of sawdust.
Finish
Lasting apple and pear and another kick of white oak.
