Not quite up to Lyme bay standards.
Feels like traditional Lyme Bay mead (something I am a fan of) mixed together with Water and a hint of cinnamon; I am afraid this did not do it for me..

I would personally recommend the affiliated Scottish Moniack Mead (also on the website), which is just as sweat but to me is slightly stronger and more balanced with more of a caramelised undertone: Perfect for Christmas!

Honey Heaven in a bottle.
A feast for the senses. First, a pleasent smell fills the nose. Then, the spicy liquid dances across your tongue, until the gentle kick of the alcohol arrives. And even when all this is done. You are left with a warm delicious after taste. Nectar of the gods.

Absolutely delicious, heat it up, drink it down, it is gorgeous!! Christmas at RHS Wisley will always be memorable, thanks to this fabulous Christmas Mead, 6 of the best bottles I have ever bought!! I need to put this on standing order!

Delightful old world wine!
Wonderful warmed for an after dinner special drink. Serve a small amount in between courses for a surprise! Love it and I want more!
