This expression from Manchester's Witch Kings is a rum liqueur made with Scottish rum alongside the tasty trio of peach, ginger, and lime. Generously flavoursome and zesty, with a spicy kick from the ginger, we reckon this one ought to do well in a Mule cocktail, or simply mixed with your favourite tropical fruit juice (and plenty of ice, of course).
