The Zymurgorium in Manchester has created a gin liqueur variation of its Zymurgorium Flagingo Pink Gin, bringing raspberry deliciousness and sparkles into the mix! Ought to go well with tonic, we reckon. The label has a flamingo playing guitar, and we have no idea how that works but we like it anyway.
Jam packed with fruity notes, this one. Big, tangy raspberry, backed up by zesty passion fruit and mango. Juniper and ginger sit in the background.
