O'Maro 70cl

The Stillgarden distillery in Ireland has made its own take on a classic Italian amaro bitter liqueur – O'Maro! A bitter base is macerated with a blend of botanicals, including rosehip, strawberry leaf, and caraway grown in the distillery's community garden. The bitter elements are then balanced by a blend of raspberry and tonka bean, bringing gentle sweetness to the mix. The gang at Stillhouse recommend enjoying this in a Negroni, and it also goes excellently added to ginger tea.
