Stillgarden Distillery
From Ireland's Stillgarden distillery, Glas 55 is a green herbal liqueur, inspired by the likes of Green Chartreuse. The liqueur combines a host of botanicals, including anise, nettle, lemon balm, peppermint, and clove, all 'socially harvested' in the distillery's community garden.

30ml Gin
30ml Glass 55
30ml Maraschino cherry liqueur
30ml Fresh lime juice
Shake all ingredients and strain into a Coupe glass.
Herbaceous and peppery, with cooling layers of delicately sweet peppermint and fragrant anise.
