Sipello Aperitif

This aperitif combines an array of British ingredients such as gooseberry, rhubarb, and chuckleberry, many of which are wild harvested or organically grown. A selection of sustainably sourced botanicals include sandalwood, gentian, and wormwood bring a bitter balance to the sweet tang of fresh ingredients – which is just what you want from a bittersweet aperitif! Plenty of tart gooseberry at the fore alongside juicy, tangy rhubarb. Drying woody notes provide balance, with hints of cedar and liquorice.

A superior alternative to Aperol
Delicious and unusual in a cocktail, or fantastic neat on the rocks. Definitely buy two bottles as the first will disappear! Tart British fruits and a very grown up taste.

Gorgeous English aperitif
Love this aperitif. I’ve mixed it with flavoured tonic and used in various cocktails. Great alternative to Pimms or Aperol spritz at summer bbqs. Will be buying again, bottle looks great on my bar.
