This here is Selkie Blush Pink Liqueur, made with Scottish strawberries, jasmine pearls and Italian bergamot, made at the Old Poison Distillery in Edinburgh. Most definitely no poison here though, just delicious fruity gin liqueur goodness. Enjoy either on the rocks or with a splash of tonic, though definitely make sure you have some fresh strawberries to hand for garnish.
