Popular throughout Mexico, Fernet-Vallet Liqueur is a herbal digestif made by macerating a variety of aromatic plants, roots, and spices. Cinnamon, clove, quassia bark, and gentian root give this plenty of depth – a great sipper after a meal and ideal to add some herbal spice to cocktails.
