Description

Using a combination of copper pot distillation and techniques inspired by the perfumers of France, Rebelle Aperitif boasts a fragrant, zesty flavour profile with less sugar than more traditional aperitifs. With full-bodied notes of mango, yuzu and lavender, this makes for a bright and vibrant Spritz, but can also be used in a twist on a Negroni.

Overall

Tropical fruit sweetness and bitter citrus peels, with floral fragrance drifting around the fruit notes.
