Made using a combination of 18 different botanicals, fruits, and herbs, this Bitter Aperitivo from Edinburgh's Old Poison boasts cherry bark, burdock, hibiscus and citrus amongst them. A balanced, bittersweet base for all manner of cocktail creations this one, or simply lengthened with soda. Cheers!
