North Yorkshire's Mrs Cuthbert's created this dessert-ified drink by infusing zingy lemon and light sugar syrup to its six botanical gin to mirror the tasty treat that is Lemon Drizzle Cake.
The lemon note is warm and sweet. Bright juniper and little floral notes join it from underneath.
