Both rhubarb and ginger have become rather popular flavours in the drinks world as of late, and the Manchester Drinks Co. have decided to combine the two in one gin liqueur! Great for splashing in sparkling wine, this stuff.
Tangy and sweet with rhubarb, followed by spice from the juniper and a little bit of crystallised ginger.
Beautiful and smooth every bit as good as the more expensive ones.
