Jaffa 2512
Another family-inspired gin liqueur named for the Jaffa oranges native to Israel that the founders father ate before he immigrated to England, and carrying a reference to his birthday. Using a gin base, this liqueur benefits from the addition of fresh pineapples, prepared and pressed by hand, to a mix of juniper, cinnamon, rose buds, and lavender and features no artificial flavourings, preservatives, or colouring.
Authentic pineapple sweetness, slightly earthy juniper and a stick of cinnamon.
Sweet, refreshing & moreish, there’s an immense note of fresh pineapple among honey and oily juniper. A little orange blossom is present too.
The lasting pineapple becomes caramelised with crunchy brown sugar.
