Dutch producer De Kuyper has teamed up with legendary bartender Salvatore Calabrese to create Acqua Bianca, a highly aromatic liqueur that was inspired by a recipe dating back to the 1800s. Its ingredients include a trio of citrus, including lemons from the Amalfi Coast, bergamot from Calabria, and cidron, which is said to be one of the oldest varieties of citrus. Also in the mix is essence of ambergris, the highly sought-after substance often used in the perfume industry. It can be served simply over ice, but of course it's rather handy in cocktails - Calabrese recommends trying it in a Stinger cocktail...
