Clipstone Park
The second expression from the Clipstone Park Distillery range, produced in the heart of Clipstone Park using a combination of British gin, apples and blackberries.
The nose is quite reminiscent of an apple crumble, with perhaps a good helping of vanilla custard too. Ripe red fruits and a hint of green leaves.
Bought a small 5cl bottle of this liqueur from the Dukeries Garden Centre. It is so so sweet that I found it hard to distinguish what it was supposed to contain.
