Chilard & Jordan
Made in small batches using local ingredients, including spirit made from pomace from British wine production, as well as honey and thyme, and some warming spices. This English Honey Liqueur from Chilard + Jordan is delicious as a digestif.
An excellent cocktail ingredient and wonderful on its own gently warmed. Chilard+Jordan Batch No 7 was a revelation in the Christmas cake, flamed well and added a certain very special element to the Christmas pudding. It turned out to have many and various uses after Christmas 2023 and it is in both pudding and cake this year.
This liqueur makes brilliant cocktails. So versatile great flavour. It is great chilled on its own too.

I bought this as I have tried many of Christophe Chilard's cocktails. It is really interesting - I really like it over ice. The initial taste reminds me a bit of Kummel but it has a cleaner feel after the first few seconds, more like damson gin. Highly recommended.
I know this says it's a digestif but I tried pouring this into a flute with champagne and it was delicious!
