Carthy & Black is a liqueur brand from Yorkshire made using fresh cream from Paynes Dairies’ in Boroughbridge, Yorkshire and bottled at 17% ABV. The company is owned by Intercontinental Brand, who also own Spirit of Harrogate - the folks behind Slingsby Gin, which is used at the core of this gin-based expression.
