From Cape Byron Distillery over in Byron Bay comes Mac., created by the family-run Brookie’s, a liqueur made from roasted local macadamia and native Australian wattleseed! That's not a combo you see every day. The macadamias are literally from the distillery's back garden and are hand roasted, and there are absolutely no colourings here either. A super smooth nutty liqueur that certainly lives up to its decadent shiny gold label. Sip it over ice with a squeeze of lime, in desserts or in cocktails. Go nuts.
