Distilleria Gualco Grappa Rubinia
An aged Grappa from Distilleria Gualco, which was founded in Italy all the way back in 1870. This Grappa is produced using the pomace from Moscato grapes and is allowed to age for 6 years in casks made from acacia wood (the name of this expression, 'Rubinia', is a common name for acacia in Italy).

Nose
Rather warming and oak-y on the nose.
Palate
Floral and light, with spices blending well with the fruity spirit.
Finish
Powerful, fresh notes of the Moscato grape last.
