The Wyrd team in the New Forest has gone and matured some of its gin! Interestingly, they are exploring a selection of casks types, allowing them each to impart their own flavour profile on the enjoyably herbaceous gin. This particular edition is the New Oak expression, so expect warming oaky spices galore.
