Wiltshire's Witchmark distillery uses barely from local biodiverse Fonthill Farm to make its spirits, and here we have a classic London dry gin. A core of juniper is supported by orange, bay, coriander, cinnamon, and cubeb for a crisp profile layered with notes of citrus, backed by earthy spice. Top stuff for a G&T or a Martini.
