Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Like a Cherry Bakewell: almond, vanilla, and of course, cherry. Lots of dry sloe notes and an earthy leafiness, too.

Palate: More almond notes come through with a conifer quality, then there’s a burst of cherry sloes and vanilla creaminess. A rich, oily mouthfeel.

Finish: Stone fruit lingers on.

Overall: Sloe gin, but not as you know it!
