Whitby Gin took inspiration from Dracula for this creation – The Demeter being the fictional ship responsible for bringing the vampire count to Whitby's shores. Plums are included in the array of botanicals bringing a rich fruity side to the gin's coastal profile, and because apparently, bats love plums! We reckon this could help make a fantastic plummy take on a Gin Fizz.
