A tremendous collab between two superb gin producers! What began as mutual admiration between the two distilleries flourished into something more when Tom Warner, founder of Warner's in England took a trip to Australia to pay a visit to the Four Pillars distillery. Upon his return, Warner brought with him shiraz grapes from Victoria, along with wattleseed and strawberry gum. Back at the distillery in Harrington, these treasures from Australia were distilled alongside botanicals such as orange peel, cardamom, coriander, lemon balm, and clove, resulting in a zesty, herbaceous gin with a good helping of spice. Top stuff for G&Ts and savoury Martinis.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Fruity aromas of berries and juniper open the way for zesty citrus peel and garden herbs. Aromatic spices join for a fragrant finish, with savoury, drying notes of pepper and herbs lingering.
