A variation on Wardington's Ludlow Dry Gin recipe, this time featuring a bright bunch of botanicals like hibiscus, orange and pin peppercorn alongside a core of juniper, angelica, orris and coriander. Incredibly flavoursome stuff from the Welsh Marches.
